THE VISION & PLANNING

The vision and planning is done under the guidance of Team GMR Classes led by Founder Director Mr. Maruthi Ramesh (GMR), who has been in the competitive field for more than 20 years, worked across India.

CLASS STRENGTH OF 25 STUDENTS PER SECTION:

It facilitates good teacher/student understanding. Teacher becomes more capable of ensuring every student to engage and involve in studies. Further in a smaller AC classroom setting students will have the opportunity to interact with teacher and teacher can prevent declining student performance in exams.

MENTORING OF STUDENTS BY SENIOR FACULTY:

Academic Responsibility of each section is assigned to Senior faculty who helps in grooming academics of a child. Academically student is monitored on day-to-day basis and accordingly remedial measures are taken to ensure academic growth of child.

WORK SESSIONS BY SAME FACULTY WHO TEACHES THE CORE SUBJECT IN THE CLASS:

Students will be able to focus better on what is being taught as their doubt’s get clarified on what they heard from the same lecturer in teaching sessions. Students get better results in a condensed, shorter time frame which may not be possible during self-study or work session when other faculty supervision is involved. If faculty notices one or more children is having specific problem either in understanding some topic or in applying the learning to their particular situation, he/she (faculty) will help during the work session.

EXAM SCHEDULE:

Regular online exam practice sessions and weekend exams (2 Exams per week). Mains model, Advance model for JEE students. NEET Model for Medical aspirant students.

ERROR ANALYSIS AFTER EXAMINATION:

A mistake occurs when learners fail to perform to their competence, which might arise due to lack of knowledge in concepts, inability to understand the question, incomplete calculation. List goes on. When after the exam, child works out on error, he/she will able to overcome such mistakes under the supervision of faculty.

WORKSHEET ANALYTICS:

Student has to work the problem given in the worksheet, note down the time taken in solving it. If correct then practice it with different approach to minimize the time. If the problem is wrong, student has to identify what mistake was done in the first attempt and what rectifications can be done in the later methods. Student has to make a note of nature of mistake committed in the attempts and reduce them in next attempts.

PERFORMANCE REVIEW ONCE IN EVERY MONTH:

ACCESSIBILITY OF FACULTY / CENTRE HEAD/ DIRECTOR:

Parents can meet the faculty during college working days in between 4pm to 7.30pm with prior appointment. Centre head and Director are available 24 × 7 through SMS/WhatsApp/Mail. All concerned issues are immediately resolved.

HOSTEL FACILITY:

The best hostel infrastructure where 5 students accommodate in a specious room with attached washrooms

IN HOUSE CATERING:

The institution has access to full kitchen, fresh food cook preparation and hygienic conditions are monitored thoroughly. Since the recruited staff is well aware of each course, the planning and plating will run smoothly on time without causing disturbance to the academic schedule.

HEALTH & MEDICAL ASSISTANCE:

Senior Doctor and In-house nurse will be available every day to take care of students health related issues. In case of emergency transport is available to take nearby hospital.
